Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to send your return. Please note that original shipping costs are not able to be refunded and you will receive the full cost of the products that you wish to return only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
Due to being a small, independent business, we are unfortunately unable to offer free returns. We are happy to arrange a return for a full refund or exchange, however you will be required to cover the costs of your return postage. For international orders, please be aware that we are based in the UK, so return postage may cost more than local returns.
To start a return, you can contact us at mieimuse.enquiries@gmail.com. Please include your order number, reason for return and which products you will be returning. Upon authorisation of your return, we will request a tracking number for your return shipment. Please kindly provide this so that we can process your refund/exchange as quickly as possible.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your order is not in the original condition, your order will be returned to you and a refund will not be processed. Please note that original shipping costs are not able to be refunded and you will receive the full cost of the products that you wish to return only. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we have not been notified of the damage or issues within 14 days of receipt, we will be unable to proceed with a resolution.
Delivery Issues
If your order has been marked as delivered yet you have not received it please contact us immediately. For any missing orders, a thorough investigation will be opened with the courier. If you reach out after 30 days of the item being confirmed as delivered, we will no longer be able to open an investigation with the courier and therefore will be unable to provide you with a refund / replacement.
Cancellation / Amendments
Please note that we are unable to cancel / amend any orders once they have been processed. The time between placing your order and processing your order is very slim. Therefore if you wish to cancel your order, please ensure you email us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed we can no longer stop this from coming out to you and you will need to return the item.
Exchanges
We are happy to provide you with an exchange if you would like to replace your ordered items with an alternative, size, colour or product.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
